Hearttale Creative, operated by Hearttale LLC, a United States limited liability company, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users, clients, and visitors. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, stored, processed, and protected when accessing or using our website, services, communications, or any related digital platforms. By accessing our website, submitting information, contacting us, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Hearttale Creative may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to your name, email address, company name, billing information, project related details, and any other information you choose to submit through contact forms, email communications, contracts, payment processes, or onboarding forms.
We may also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, referral source, and general usage data for security, analytics, and performance purposes.
2. The AI Assistant on Our Website
Our website offers an AI assistant that answers questions about our studio from the content of this website. Your messages are sent to an AI model provider acting on our behalf, only to generate the answers you see. While you chat, the conversation is kept in your own browser tab and is not stored by us.
If you choose to send your details through the assistant, with the consent box in its form checked, we store your name, email address, the website you share, the page you were on and the full conversation, together with a short summary of your inquiry prepared by the same AI provider. We use this information solely to reply to your inquiry and to follow up on it, and it is visible only to the Hearttale Creative team. You may ask us to access, correct or delete it at any time by writing to hello@hearttalecreative.com.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data is collected and processed solely for legitimate business purposes, including responding to inquiries, providing services, managing client relationships, processing payments, delivering contractual obligations, improving our services, maintaining security, and complying with legal or regulatory requirements. Hearttale Creative does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed based on one or more of the following legal grounds: the performance of a contract or pre contractual steps requested by the user, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, or explicit consent provided by the user when applicable.
5. Data Storage and Security
Hearttale Creative implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. While we take data protection seriously, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed as completely secure, and absolute security cannot be assured.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable laws.
6. Third Party Services
In order to operate our business, Hearttale Creative may rely on third party service providers such as hosting services, payment processors, analytics platforms, or communication tools. These providers are granted access only to the data strictly necessary to perform their functions and are contractually or operationally obligated to handle such data responsibly.
Hearttale Creative is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites or services linked from our website.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance functionality, analyze traffic, and improve user experience. Cookies do not grant access to personal data unless explicitly provided by the user. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although certain features of the website may not function properly as a result.
8. User Rights
Depending on applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of data, object to certain processing activities, or request data portability. Requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to identity verification.
Hearttale Creative reserves the right to deny requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or legally restricted.
9. Communications
By providing your email address or contacting Hearttale Creative, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry, project, or contractual relationship. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. You may request to stop receiving non essential communications at any time. Official communications are conducted exclusively through our institutional email addresses.
10. Data of Minors
Hearttale Creative does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of eighteen. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly upon discovery.
11. International Data Transfers
As Hearttale Creative operates internationally, personal data may be processed or stored in different jurisdictions. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers, subject to reasonable safeguards.
12. Limitation of Liability
Hearttale Creative shall not be liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access, data breaches caused by third parties, cyberattacks, or events beyond reasonable control, provided reasonable security measures have been implemented.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Hearttale Creative reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
